I'd plunk down 300 bones for a one time, 55 (!!) disc set of every note the boys played during that run. That tour was just genius, and for all of the goodies we get from LMA, all of the wonderful free Dead we all enjoy out here, I, for one, can countenance a little blatant commercialism. I'll have $300 bucks in my bank account when I'm dead, so I might as well enjoy it now. I'm nonetheless hip to the disappointemnt that many feel when they can't pop online and DL to their hearts' content.

I think I listened to the first LP of Europe '72 every night when I'd come home from elemetary school. I'd strap on those giant green Koss monsters and leave my body.

Anyone interested in a nice vid of the 4-17-72 broadcast, let me know, I'll gladly burn you a copy to ease the pain of lost Europe '72 shows.

Amazing, today I DL'ed every Europe 72 show in the archive. I had no idea this was in the works.
